inside the framework - the personal layer of ELS upcoming collection

This week on PULP is a little different. Instead of another analytical or research-based piece, this edition offers something more personal. As Stardust Dignity prepares to come to life, we’re opening a small window into its emotional foundation. If the previous collection the (Birth) Right Cut was grounded in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights - the law in being human, then Stardust Dignity moves from that external declaration to the inner, lived experience of those same values - the feeling of being human.

The emotional foundation of the upcoming collection lies in self-acceptance and presence - living one’s truth without performance. It grows through connection, recognizing our shared human field and the possibility of coexistence without hierarchy. It moves with inner freedom, the quiet courage to face change, imperfection, and vulnerability. It understands dignity not as an empty declaration but a daily practice - a way of being sustained by awareness and integrity. And at its core, it holds love in its broadest sense: not just romantic - obviously - but compassionate, raw and unconditional, an active expression of respect for life itself.

The upcoming pieces include raw, unpolished text written over the past nine years, during my time in California, Paris, Florence, and Zurich. They are short poems, notes, and fragments - written in real moments, without editing or polishing. Simply unfiltered. They stand as time documents of a lived process - the inner layer beneath the collection. Some of them will appear printed on the garments, connecting the pieces to the lived experiences that shaped it.
